Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning needs.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice, particularly in competitive fields like engineering and EV technologies.

Build partnerships with senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop proactive hiring plans.

Oversee internal mobility, succession planning, and future talent pipelines.
Operational Excellence

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels (executive, technical, operational).

Implement scalable systems and tools (e.g., ATS, AI recruitment tools) to optimize hiring efficiency.

Ensure quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire meet organizational KPIs.

Build and lead a high-performing TA team including recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and branding specialists.
Diversity & Inclusion

Champion inclusive hiring practices to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.

Partner with ERGs, universities, and external organizations to broaden candidate outreach.
Data & Analytics

Leverage data to provide insights, improve performance, and influence TA strategy.

Regularly report hiring metrics, talent trends, and workforce insights to executive leadership.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with HRBPs, L&D, Compensation, and business leaders across departments.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on recruitment campaigns and branding.
Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector is strongly preferred.

Proven experience in scaling recruitment functions in high-growth or global environments.
